Charged with carrying out the administrative and business functions of the church, these organizations are responsible for the upkeep of facilities, finances, personnel, and church growth and development. Positions in these organizations may be by election or assignment by the Pastor only.
Board of Education
This council helps determine educational policy and considers growth and planning needs for Bethel Learning Centers. Members serve for 2 year terms and are primarily appointed although some positions are filled by vote of parents and administrators.

Board of Stewards
Stewards are nominated by the Pastor and elected by the members of the church to serve one-year terms. Stewards manage spiritual and temporal concerns of the Church and are responsible for the overall needs of the church including finances, Pastoral needs, and the general welfare of its members. Board of Trustees
Trustees are nominated by the Pastor and elected by the members of the church to serve two-year terms. Trustees manage all the physical and temporal concerns of the Church and are responsible for decisions regarding improvement and upkeep of all real estate, churches, parsonages, schools, and any other property obtained by church. The Official Board is the administrative body of the church. It is set up to direct the day to day work of the church through quarterly conferences and as called meetings. All of the other groups in the church—commissions, committees, clubs—are organized around the Official Board and look to it for directions. Personnel Management Committee
The Personnel Management Committee provides the final administrative review of grievances and serves in an advisory capacity to the Pastor with respect to all matters of personnel administration and employee relations. President’s Advisory Council
The President’s Advisory Council is comprised of the President of all ministries as elected or appointed by the Pastor. This council assists the Pastor in gathering information about members and organizations and evaluating the need for improvements in the implementation and coordination of church activity.
