Help, Healing, and Hope

What can you experience at bethel?

We invite you to experience a place of Help, Healing, and Hope.

We believe that the local church is a family. So, if you are looking for a Christian Community; a place where you will be challenged to grow spiritually, a place where you can be healed, a place where you will find hope, a place where you will find help, and a place where you matter; then, we invite you to join us here at Bethel.

WHat ARE services like?

We at Bethel are honored to share the good news, mercy, and love of God in the name of His Son, Jesus Christ.  Pastor  Richburg and his six-member Ministerial Team will bring the Biblical text to life so that you will be able to apply them daily in your life. Our Music and Arts Ministry and the Media Ministry do their parts to present the Words of God through displays, instruments, song, praise, and dance in a contemporary Family Worship Service that is for your benefit. Our Ushers, Greeters, and Trustees work hard to provide a welcoming environment for you to grow in your relationship with Christ, and everyone participates in the celebration of our guests and newcomers. Whether on-site or online, we will share that each of us have so much to be thankful for and we may have also known great loss; yet, God has been faithful, and that reality of God is what we are compelled to share with you so you will be able to help, heal, and give hope to people you will encounter.

Family Worship services are not “typical.” Each two-hour Sunday service follows a theme and includes the below.

  • From 10:00AM:
    • 10 minutes Good  Morning!  praise
    • 15 – 20 minutes Worship through prayers, scriptures, and giving
    • 15 – 20 minutes Celebration of Guests and Newcomers
      • From 10:45AM – 12:15PM Preschool Church, Children’s Church, and Teen Church
    • 35 – 40 minutes Teaching and preaching from the Word of God
    • 25 – 30 minutes Contemporary worship music and dance

What Should I Wear to BEthel’s services?

We want you to feel comfortable in Bethel; so, casual clothes are fine and “dressed-up” is fine. For children, youths, and college students, casual is normal.  Sometimes the theme for services may invite everyone to wear a particular color but this will appear on the Events calendar.

What Does Bethel Offer for children, youths, and young adults?

We offer many opportunities for Spiritual Formation for preschoolers, children, youths, and young adults as well as for adults, seniors, and trailblazers. We invite you to visit our Faith Development Ministries for complete details.
